You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you ordered the incorrect item you will be responsible for shipping costs.
If the product you purchased arrives damaged, the claim will be made against the carrier. If possible, receipt of the goods should be refused if the package is obviously damaged. All returns require authorization from Southern Tennis Supplies. If you need to return an item you have purchased from us, please call us and let us know within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. If we authorize a return, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges related to return of merchandise are the customer’s responsibility. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned and require pre-payment.
We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental US ONLY.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based your location. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page but they are only estimates.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We ship most products via UPS, FedEx and Freight companies for larger items.
We try to ship all orders within 24 hours if ordered Monday - Thursday on in-stock products. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We will notify you quickly if order can't be fullfilled in a timely manner. Again we ship only to the Continental US, this does NOT include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any other US Territory that is not part of the Continental US.
